For events with fewer than 100 guests, Scoop provides one professional server. Larger events with over 100 guests include two servers to ensure smooth, efficient, and elevated service. Additional staff can be arranged upon request to accommodate any guest count or service style.

No, An automatic 20% gratuity is added to all events to ensure our service team is well-compensated for providing an exceptional guest experience.
No, and it won’t hurt our feelings if you’re working with a caterer! They’re more than welcome to staff the cart or stock it with sweet treats and boozy delights. Just a heads-up: when you rent our mobile dessert cart, you’re responsible for any damages, so make sure you’re comfortable with your caterer and their team.

The Scoop Piaggio Ape is compact and versatile, making it easy to fit indoors at most venues with double doors. Its three-wheeled design allows for smooth maneuvering through doorways and into event spaces, so you can bring our mobile dessert and beverage experience inside with ease.
Our mobile dessert and beverage cart only requires a standard 120V outlet, so we can set up just about anywhere, indoors or outdoors. If located outdoors with no power source nearby, don't worry, we can bring a quiet generator.
